Pros

Decent pay if you can learn how to operate the bonus structure.

Cons

Poor leadership, very heavy work load, no work/life balance even though they will constantly beat you down with all kinds of "we want you to spend time with your family" lip service. They don't give you functioning equipment to work with in the field and insist on taking the cheapest way out. The careless attitude of treating employees and customers as "just another number". Constant micro-managing from "leadership".
