Company vehicle. That is about it.

Cons

Subpar benefits and pay. Horrible management (from local branches all the way up to corporate). Arrogant and nasty HR department. Corporate staff, Managers and Sales staff think they are above field technicians. No appreciation or respect. Terminix is one of the few companies that notes 'REJECTED' on online job application status.

Recognized branding and a long ex history of treating employees well

Cons

They changed the entire incentive and reward commission structure just weeks after I came on and agreed to. Very much negatively affecting techs. The metrics always punish the techs despite there being multiple reasons for customer cancellations (such as double billing customers, or bad customer experience with call centers)
