      Good Company; Poor Efficiencies in Routes

      Pros

      Training was great, liked my co-workers.

      Cons

      When I got a route position, I was driving almost 300 miles a day to drive all over the city to completed the route. Computer program was not useful. Was working 16+ hour days to complete a route. Not worth the pay.

      Good pay, good bonuses, great management and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Long days in summer if backed up, customers can get rude if they aren't pleased (As is any customer for anything).

      I am sorry, but I do not know of any Pro's. People mean nothing to this company.

      Thorough Micro-management Low salary Work 6 days a week Very poor training Use your own POV Commission structure is below the industry avg. Monthly Quota is way above industry avg.
