Great Pay Worked Independently Great Culture Received great perks , linked in learning, discounts etc.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for recruiting start goals . Managers wouldn’t hire based on minimum qualifications for field roles. Branch managers wanted high quality candidates but gave low pay .
