Pros
Management for the most part was considerate and receptive. They had competitions that were fun to be a part of. The initial training was fantastic.
Cons
Way too much favoritism. If you haven't established yourself as the top seller, you're going to be wallowing in poor leads or cold calling. The hours could go until 8 at night depending on the customer or your boss. You have to sell over $12,000 worth of project work in order to even make any commission over $11 an hour. And there is no over time pay, even if you work overtime. It is all based on a 40 hour week.
