Pros

Take home vehicle was a plus. There were GPS systems in the vehicles so they could literally track your every move and how long you were at a stop

Cons

Pretty much everything else pay scale was rigged where you would NEVER make more than what they had budgeted

great company with a very positive future!

Cons

there really are no cons. however, if you are not prepared to work hard and perform at top level - you should not apply to work in one of their contact centers.

Over all it has been a wonderful experience

Pros

If you have the desire you can make some great money. Very good benefit package. If you really like working with people this can be a great place.

Cons

The only real complaint is how our base pay is established as it really can effect any pay you may have for vacation,sick or disability income.
