Left something to be desired, even for sales.

If you can sell, and the service dept at your branch is able, you can make decent money.

Management is so over-worked and spread thin, that it really interferes with your career.

Very difficult work for very low pay.

Company provides great technical training for employees. Sales training is not nearly as good.

Cons

Safety is taught but not strictly inforced. Management sometimes looks the other way to insure that jobs are completed. National advertising is not very effective and more local advertising is needed. This is left up to the branch manager who may or may not want to spend any extra money. Sales people are paid on a draw so pay levels are usually low due to seasonal business conditions. Sales people also have to use their own vehicles but can get paid for mileage.
