great company with a very positive future!

there really are no cons. however, if you are not prepared to work hard and perform at top level - you should not apply to work in one of their contact centers.

Pros

good money if you can sale, the company does it's best to look out for their employees. Company car but it also depends if you work for a franchise or Terminix international and cell phone is provided for work use only.

Cons

benefits aren't very good for the franchise I work for, also the hours are long and the 'company does not pay by the hour so hours don't matter. The base pay is a draw that has to be paid back with sales.
