Branches team cohesion and mgmt fairness.

Cons

Don't expect much one compensation. Comparative ly speaking they don't pay as well as most pco's. The compensation for gas ise not as well provided as most outside residential sales.

Overall a good company just missing the link between senior management and front line staff

Pros

A fair place to work and to learn the industry. The training is exceptional however what the company says and does are sometimes different.

Cons

A lack of clear goals for staff ... The goal is profit regardless of the expense of turnover and not always doing the right thing. Way to many politics and the micromanagement is unbeleivable.
