Great Pay Worked Independently Great Culture Received great perks , linked in learning, discounts etc.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for recruiting start goals . Managers wouldn’t hire based on minimum qualifications for field roles. Branch managers wanted high quality candidates but gave low pay .

Great company to work for. Local branch treat you like family. Some days are tough but when you enjoy the people that surround you, it makes things a lot easier!

Cons

None at this time. Bret does a great job of letting us know what direction the company is heading!
