      Pros

      Terminix Triad values its employees and its customers. The culture is very family-oriented and offers a ton of freedom. Freedom is both in your work-life balance and income.

      Cons

      If you struggle with freedom to build your schedule and would rather be told what to do and where to go or if you prefer to be micro-managed, then this is not a good fit. Also, must be comfortable getting into crawlspaces and encountering a variety of pests.
