The commissions were decent. They were the only lure the selfish management used smartly to hire good people like me.

Cons

If you work here for a few months, you will learn how to survive the worst challenges of your life. The stress was insanely high. You were stressed due to the long, brutal, and exhausting hours you put in, the awful pressure of achieving the targets, and the ridiculous micromanagement efforts of the upper management. It was a dreadful experience for me.

I had a rough start, but I can say I love TerraBoost now. The schedule is flexible, and appointment setting is easy. Commissions on each sale is great! & everyone wants to buy you lunch.

Cons

You might be a better sales rep than appointment setter.
