Company is set up similar to multi-level marketing franchise. Very little structure and minimal investment in employees. There is also very little interaction with team day-to-day and zero training structure for new starters. All in all, if you are looking for a company that will provide you with a substantial future and excitement when you wake up in the morning - do not apply.

The managers are sometimes too lenient. Their carefree attitude results in a poor work atmosphere and incompetent employees. Most things here have to be done twice because of poor employee work quality.
