Pros

My personal experience working for Terraboost Media has been extremely positive and fulfilling. The Management team provides the necessary resources to succeed and encourages open communication, making it easy to collaborate with them. Also, Work-life balance is something that is highly valued by the company.

Cons

So far, I have nothing but great things to say about working here!

Pros

Energetic atmosphere and fun work environment. The people in my office all truly care about the work they do and the management team in the office really do everything they can do to help. The pay could be better but it allows you to live a decent life. They do a lot of little things like lunches, team building, competitions, and events to make you feel connected to everyone in the office. The company is booming with opportunity and growth. It's fast paced and entertaining.

Cons

This company is the definition of double standard. If you work in the operations or customer service department or fall anywhere under the COO you are driven into the ground, with workload, disrespectful sales people, unruly customers, and constant pressure to perform. This company is the definition of a pressure cooker with terrible insights and communication from anyone outside of the Chicagoland office. Often times we are told to do one thing and then it changes a week later. No one can ever settle into a role or process with the constant change. Even inside the office you are held to a different attendance standards. If you work in Finance or other departments you can come and go as you please. However the COO embarks strict in office policies and does not accommodate telework or remote work. Often it seems like we have two companies with two totally different values and expectations. Communication is terrible outside of the warm fuzzy politically correct newsletter that comes out once a month. I have no idea what our goals are or what they are trying to achieve other than grind it out to post ads as quick as we can as cheap as we can with no interdepartmental backing or support.

We are sorry to hear of your negative experience which does not align with the goals or values at Terraboost. We aim to provide a fun environment as well as an appropriate workload to maintain employee morale and engagement. Just like any business, we have deadlines and goals we need to meet, which at times may lend to a certain level of pressure and time constraints. While communication can be slow at times, it is always a priority to keep employees well informed on business matters. Terraboost is continuously looking to make improvements and will take your feedback into consideration.
