Pros

Never in my life have I worked for a company that cares about me as much as Terraboost does. The owner brian, regularly reaches out to me to see how I’m doing on a personal level, and how he can advance my career. He’s not doing it to make money but rather because he truly cares and wants the best for me and my family. I am used to an environment where I could see a 3% raise each year if I’m lucky, and here at Terraboost my hard work is rewarded with bonuses and recognition and positive vibes.

Good pay, Excellent work place. A lot of nice incentives and perks like free coffee, snacks, etc. Cool bonus's and commission. Staff is very helpful. The company does a lot of hiring from within.

Cons

If your not driven to succeed this may not be the place for you. Not many cons except parking lol
