The challenges here are worth a try and learn from.

Cons

The company itself is setting its employees to fail. With all the workload thrown at each and every one no one can get things done by the end of the day. Even when employees try to work overtime, it still won't do. So they just end up getting frustrated at work, stressed and depressed.

I have had the privileged to work for this company for just over a year and half. This job is easy but yet challenging. I came to this company because there is room for growth and they are have a great product that now is more relevant than ever. The owners are innovative and there's great job security as they are smart business men. They know how to take advantage of opportunities to ensure this company continues to grow and remain relevant.

Cons

I would like to see some improvement with the commission structure as it is flat right now. There needs to be more tiers or bonuses to achieve as to incentivize more production.
