The leniency helps when you're not feeling well or tired.

Cons

The lack of firmness in authority and leniency of the managers make the company disorganized. Cancellations are taken lightly and from that we lose a number of clients. Some employees do nothing but waste time.

Laidback work environment, good compensation, opportunities for advancement. I had a great supervisor who cared about the job and made sure everyone and everything was taken care of.

Cons

Management doesn't take covid seriously; employees wear a mask, but management doesn't feel they need to. (That may have changed since I've been there.)
