I LOVE my job! I have a background in sales, customer service & telemarketing. I get to work from home & make some pretty decent money. When I set appointments and they sell, I make a bonus. It’s a numbers game and it’s all about smiling and dialing which I feel very comfortable with. You have to be able to handle rejection but that is part of any sales opportunity. This is not hard. You just need to know how to talk to people. Management has been super supportive in many ways. My success is their success and they treat me with respect and dignity. Did I mention I love my job?

Cons

My last WFH job, I had friends to chat with on IM and support each other and keep each other company. It was a little less lonely but it’s also less distracting not having a lot of IM’s throughout the day. I am very happy with my job.

The leadership team cares greatly about the day to day focus on culture. The fast paced environment of the business makes every day unique. Every day I get to do something that moves the ticker for the company and has a real measurable impact.

Cons

The typical growing pains of a fast paced company are not necessarily cons and are hardly avoidable in any business.
