Great concept first of all. Brilliant product and approach. I love the owners and my boss. They don't micro manage, and treat their employees like family. Owners and VP are always willing to listen to any suggestion I have. After a 20 year career in call center development and management, I finally found a home!

Cons

There are no cons working here. I love it!

The leadership team cares greatly about the day to day focus on culture. The fast paced environment of the business makes every day unique. Every day I get to do something that moves the ticker for the company and has a real measurable impact.

Cons

The typical growing pains of a fast paced company are not necessarily cons and are hardly avoidable in any business.
