None I can think of. Waste of energy, waste of time, waste of commitment.

Cons

They are very dismissive towards their employees. They have no compassion for their employees. Management is very unrealistic and they change their rules and expectations that no one knows what anyone is doing. Their software almost always breaks down on the daily. Hands down the worst place I've ever worked at.

Surviving the Stress of Micromanagement and Sales Pressure

The commissions were decent. They were the only lure the selfish management used smartly to hire good people like me.

Cons

If you work here for a few months, you will learn how to survive the worst challenges of your life. The stress was insanely high. You were stressed due to the long, brutal, and exhausting hours you put in, the awful pressure of achieving the targets, and the ridiculous micromanagement efforts of the upper management. It was a dreadful experience for me.

The training was alright and helped people who were new to the industry to adjust quickly and know what to do.

Cons

There was a severe problem here. It was the lack of established processes. It created chaos in the lives of individuals and created unwanted stress. It could have been avoided if the upper management had been better at planning and chose to communicate with employees more often. The lack of transparency in this regard was terrible and led to employees putting in brutal and exhausting hours often. When those employees left, the management wondered what went wrong. So, here's the answer.
