Pros

Never in my life have I worked for a company that cares about me as much as Terraboost does. The owner brian, regularly reaches out to me to see how I’m doing on a personal level, and how he can advance my career. He’s not doing it to make money but rather because he truly cares and wants the best for me and my family. I am used to an environment where I could see a 3% raise each year if I’m lucky, and here at Terraboost my hard work is rewarded with bonuses and recognition and positive vibes.

Management ensures that every employees is placed in a position to optimize their talents and given several opportunities to succeed each day. It is apparent that our CEO has placed an emphasis on excelling in both employee and client satisfaction.

Cons

Onboarding training is required. Other that, none really.
