I have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, exciting environment - alongside people I really respect. The owners are amazing people, and I have been humbled by their leadership over the past few months. The Culture, growth potential and personal skills growth are all what I've been looking for.

The opportunity to build processes and procedures is exciting. The pay is great and the people in the Indy office are amazing!

Cons

We still don't have the systems/platforms that will yield opitmal results. We will soon but there are growing pains.
