Terraboost treats every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. This is the first time I have worked for a company that focuses on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring and encouraging career development. They allow you the opportunity to advance and get promoted, as I was promoted within 60 days of my employment and generously compensated as well. Terraboost provides ample compensation for its employees, along with a generous bonus structure.

Cons

Atttendance is huge to them! If you are not there you can not make money!
