      Pros

      Nothing! I was constantly miserable while working in this awful company. I never once had a decent experience during my tenure.

      Cons

      Managers are horrible to employees and terrible at their jobs. They expect employees to bow to them and give in to their every demand, no matter how unreasonable it may be. I was overworked and constantly subjected to verbal abuse during the time I was working for Terraboost Media. The managers didn't care to resolve any problems that arose as well, leaving them to fester until they grew from a nuisance into a huge headache, which employees had to suffer through as a result.

The situation you described is not the typical employee experience at Terraboost Media and our managers are never verbally abusive to their team members. In your response, you mentioned that you had been with the company for more than two years and never had a decent experience your entire tenure. Had a situation like this been reported to our HR Team, it would have been investigated immediately. We do our best to communicate sales goals and expectations before the job offer and on a regular basis throughout employment. It sounds as if this position was not the right for you.       It's the worst place to be

      Pros

      If you're unemployed the pro is that you'll get a job and a paycheck.

      Cons

      Mismanagement, micro management, no management... Terraboost leaders all fall into one of these three categories. It's an absolute terrible place for a professional to work. You deserve better!
