      Pros

      So excited about the direction the company is going under the leadership of Gayle Packer. The strategic plan is visionary and, on a corporate level, they really do try hard to follow-through and implement their goals, like being the best at people. I work with a wonderful team, and as far as my job responsibilities go, I couldn't be more happy.

      Cons

      I know they are trying to address it, but there is definitely still gender and race biases on the local office level. You really have to fight for respect if you are not a white male.

      It has been a great experience that challenges me.

      Pros

      We provide quality work to our clients. We are an employee owned company. There is opportunities for continuing education. We have a great safety program.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to balance both marketing and business development for 4 different departments. It is also a little bit of a challenge to track successes.
