Pros
Good pay and benefits. Terracon is great in that you can wind up all over the nation after you get some experience. Overall would I work here again.
Cons
Management can be less than responsive and safety was being worked on. However, actual implementation of the safety program had much to be desired. Additionally, as it was a down economy they were willing to wait on pay raises and moving people up. If there had been a clear path to management, never would have even applied anywhere else.
