Pros
If this is your first job in the field, then it's fair. You make a good initial starting wage and the benefits are great for entry level (problem is as you progress in your career, your compensation does not!) Generally flexible environment, not too much micro-management.
Cons
After a while, the image of this place wears off. Your salary doesn't continue to be competitive. You are expected to put in at least 44 hours (without compensation for over 40 hours). Meanwhile, if you are ahead on all your duties and going above and beyond, you still are not as valued compared to someone else putting in 55 hours of inefficient time. Management does not solve personnel problems. If a manager can't handle one employee, how is that manager expecting to handle an entire department or office successfully? Toxic team atmosphere. If you're okay with a job where you strive to demonstrate your talents, but then get slapped in the face by the company treating you like just a number rather than a person - then go for here.
