Pros

Helped me to become familiar with the dealing with clients, budgets, and deadlines in the workplace. They were very flexible with my schedule and allowed me to come in whenever I had time before, after, and in between classes. Very good people to work with. There is a huge emphasis on safety throughout the company. The management stresses safety at home as well.

Cons

My particular office is rather small and sometimes the volume of work is overwhelming. As a part-time employee, I am not eligible for benefits or bonuses.

always there is room to grow and working with employee to get day off even with short notice. Medical benefit is awesome. Company offer good training for new employee and existing employee.

Cons

The work life balance is good and office culture is not bad but sometimes it is unfair.do not have a long term job security and employee always asking what will be the next job is.

Pros

I worked with a great group of people. Some interesting projects to work on, but a lot of cookie-cutter projects. Good benefits, hardly any travel unless you wanted to help out in other offices. Friendly group of people in other offices. Great distance resources and easy to reach out to professionals in other offices.

Cons

Sometimes long hours, overloaded with projects. I felt like the larger offices had a good spread of work....smaller offices are leaner on the budget with less exciting projects.
