AMAZING company!

Pros

Laid back yet professional offices. Locations all over the nation so that means getting the expertise of more than only who is in your office. Corporate is always helpful. Great benefits. Pay is great, raises typically twice a year. Bonuses differ for different jobs but they are decent and not unattainable. Paid Time Off policy is awesome. Tuition reimbursement is great.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of a single con. The worse thing I can think of is moving up but NOT because the company doesn't allow it or help you do it, it's because most employees are extremely happy in their current position.

-Low pay considering what is expected of you. -Excessive travel and low reimbursement for it -Leadership.

Pros

It is a pretty good place to work. Personnel wise, everyone is professional and good to work with. Salaries are reasonable and annual bonuses are pretty good. There is a lot of training, especially with regards to safety, sometimes too much training.

Cons

There is no room for advancement unless you're a PE. There is very little accountability from management. Project Managers have very little control over their projects due to others charging to their budgets. There is very little empowerment and recognition but overwhelming criticism for every move made. There are a lot of management personnel that are not qualified for their respective position. Top management does not hold anyone accountable, zero.
