Not enough paid holidays, expect 40-45 hours billable time weekly when salaried, not competitive wages

In the last 5 years the company has taken a different approach focusing solely on the bottom line and it affects the small noncorporate people who are not involved in these decisions. Terracon used to be very family-friendly and now its chargeability #1 then safety #2 Family somewhere later as long as you are making money. Career advancement is talked about aot but follow-through is very minimal until it benefits someone p the chain.
