Per Diem and the overtime.

Cons

The travel and the overtime. During interview, was told to expect one week of travel per month. Instead I was looking at two or even three weeks per months. Travel varied from 3-5 hours away from office. Working Sunday to Saturday. Per diem was reasonable for the amount of travel. Just make sure you are single with no pets if you want this position within Tennessee.

Salary (checks and deposits that don't bounce), benefits, company parties, and free parking spaces.

Cons

Cliques, discrimination (racial, age, gender), and lack of professionalism among employees and management. Lack of team environment. Lack of respect among employees and some managers. Off color humor and inside jokes during meetings and in office environment. Hostile work environment for some. Lack of compassion for other staff members. Dog eat dog competitive, suck-up environment.
