      Pros

      Terracon is amazing at putting opportunity in front of young engineers and supporting their career aspirations. Promotions are merit based and non-biased. They're also very innovative and try to stay on the edge of using new technologies.

      Cons

      The benefits are below average as well as the pay.

      Waste of your time

      Pros

      The inspectors generally try to help you but be careful because no one is your friend there. They will tell your supervisors EVERYTHING they saw you do. Do not trust anyone there

      Cons

      They promise to educate you and give you career training but they will have a archaic way of teaching you things. One of their employees decided to SLAP MY HAND and weeks later I’m fired. Just don’t waste your time with anyone of these people. They do not care about your future and who you are individually. Not to mention they dislike women in the field.
