      Pros

      Awesome coworkers and a few good managers. Access to certs if you're willing to put in the studying on your own time.

      Cons

      No job growth. Pay is way under average, but they do pay for your certifications and as much overtime as you want if it's available. False promises, raises based on how much butt kissing/begging you're willing to put up with, unequal treatment. Benefits are provided as an incentive rather than employee status. It is possible to get them after 30 days if you ask as part of your offer letter. Get everything in writing! The halls are filled with people who were promised and later told "I never said that." Hence the extremely high turnover.

      Pros

      It's a job.. A stepping stone to a better future with fair compensation for a quality job and loyalty to a company deserving of their work ethic and willingness to sacrifice for the betterment of the companies greater good.

      Cons

      They do not recognize good, hardworking, dedicated longtime employees. Working for an "Employee Owned" corporation used to benificial. There are no extra perks or benefits for working at this one. The upper management may get them, but the ones out there making all the money are spat upon and used up until the the employee decided they have had enough and moves on to another company that actually appreciates their hard work, dedication and loyalty to their company.
