      Seeing the different project types from start to finish. Great work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Work/Home balance skews more towards the work side if you want to stay caught up.

      Heavy emphasis on safety and training, great benefits and vacation packages (3 weeks for first 5 years, then 6 weeks after), nationwide office which provides opportunity for relocation if desired

      Cons

      Work flow can be very unsteady
