Good Starting Company with Low Wages

Pros

Safety culture and apparent care and concern about employees. Vast resources nationwide and a well-developed network and applications.

Cons

Wages on the lower end of the spectrum. Unless you are a principal and have a lot of shares in the firm don't expect to be well reimbursed. Work-life balance is non-existent.

Changing schedule everyday, Not a lot of Flexibility in schedule, Very long summer hours, Hard to plan social life.
