      -There are no Pros unless you are a male engineer.

      Cons

      -low pay -management is poor -unfair treatment -treated like a lab rat

      Pros

      I can't say enough good about Terracon. This is an employee owned company that cares about their employees/fellow owners like they are family. I have worked here over 7 years and every single time I have had a family emergency or health issue they are always willing to work with me. Your safety always comes first, and they will advance you in your career based on your performance. The benefits and pay are good, too!

      Cons

      Don't apply if you don't want to work. You will work long hours some days, but it is worth it.

      Pros

      If you are someone straight out of college (with a good back) with no work experience, this is a good place to start because they will train you and it's experience you can put on your resume.

      Cons

      The pay is way too low, especially the field and engineering technicians. For how much physical labor the jobs require, there is not enough compensation for it, especially having to be outside in the 100+ degree weather. After a year, I had enough.
