      Pros

      If you are someone straight out of college (with a good back) with no work experience, this is a good place to start because they will train you and it's experience you can put on your resume.

      Cons

      The pay is way too low, especially the field and engineering technicians. For how much physical labor the jobs require, there is not enough compensation for it, especially having to be outside in the 100+ degree weather. After a year, I had enough.

      Great PTO, Health/vision/dental benefits, work-from-home capability for most positions, amazing co-workers, your safety matters to this company!

      Cons

      Very busy, very fast-paced - not for everyone. Production-focused chargeability goals.
