      Not really anything to say.

      Cons

      Work for low pay and get the blame for everyone else's screw up's (LAB MANAGER). Also get wrote up for his lying. All you are to this company is a number.

      Good Company, Difficult Balance

      Pros

      Employee-ownership means you feel like you have a stake in the company You are often trusted to work independently Overtime pay is a nice bonus to those willing to work extra hours

      Cons

      Lack of management support leaves you feeling unheard and unappreciated Seasonally dependent work means you will have forced overtime in summer, and often use your PTO hours to make ends meet in the winter Work/life balance is difficult; when the work is demanding, you may only see home to shower, sleep, and do it again

      It's a big let down!

      Pros

      Very big on safety. Good people to work with. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay. Very poor communication. My boss can barely hold a conversation with you. He would rather hide behind his desk and send out grumpy emails all day. Hardly any work. Few hours a week. Maybe 20 hrs a week on average. A person is better off finding another job.
