      Multiple avenues to explore and with it being a national company they are willing to transfer you, whether it be for personal growth, life changes, or to stay busy.

      Cons

      The company does not promote from within.

      Pros

      They do invest in new technology, and have an ESOP.

      Cons

      Very short term focused, for as employee driven as they made their company profile sound, they had a focus on chargeability that took away BD opportunities from Senior Engineers. Below average compensation for area.
