      Great company, some clear growing pains.

      Pros

      Great people. Strong pragmatic strategic vision and annual operations plan. Good geographic presence to serve clients and access talent. Consistent and strong financial performance. Employee ownership allows for long-term decisions and rewards.

      Cons

      Too many initiatives focused on improving operations, which puts too much stress on the entire organization and distracts from serving core mission to clients. Expressed desire to show care and concern does not align with current services provided which are inherently cyclical and require laying field staff off during winter months.

      Pros

      Great people to work with all throughout the organization. Business casual environment and very family friendly. with a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of experience from upper management. Rapid growth was happening with little to no planning on expanding staff to accommodate needs and expectations.

      Pros

      If you have no personal life, no family, and like to keep your head stuck in a hole, it is a good place to work. If you don't mind a lot of backward office politics and half finished comments because company policy forbids "pointing fingers" instead of actually building trust and correctly completing projects, this is the place for you. If you like working with people who hate coming to work and complain all the time, this is your place!

      Cons

      Corporate obstacles too big to overcome for those who really want to do a good job. Corporate staff have a high turn over. Just when you think you know who to talk to, they leave and no one tells anyone like it is a big secret.
