      A toxic and unpleasant work environment

      Pros

      Multiple smaller projects keep you busy.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, high turnover of staff, lower than area average salaries, project budgets are frequently low balled and are inadequate to complete projects.

      Pros

      Great company but poorly run in the Jacksonville office. Work dried up and I went month after month with twenty hours a week. I was brought on board to manage their CMT department but only did level one tech. Work for almost three years.

      Cons

      Commuter mileage from home to the office even if you weren't going to the office. Head brass always seemed bother by any question you had for them. Most days I was sent home because of no work and once I was FORCED to pick up trash around the complex. Spiteful, disrespectful and uncaring managers.

      Pros

      Very good consulting company. I belong to the geotechnical department that specialized in foundation, soil improvement and other related aspect of soil analyses. Also did pile load tests, mini piles and helical pile installation.

      Cons

      This is a Kansas based engineering firm that set a New Jersey office specializing in soil improvement and development. Hope that they can get more projects fort their talented engineers.
