There is no leadership and it is almost as if it is discouraged. Low and mid level management are pretty well left to fend for themselves. They have a weird bonus pool where you are rewarded for working less and not loose the company money but penalized if you work too much and make the company money which is partly at the discretion of the department and office manager. As well the loss prevention attitude is so severe it is damaging at times. Internal promotions are in title only and seldom. You are expected to know you have certain responsibilities although you have never been assigned thos responsibilities officially. And chastised accrodingly!

Technicians are considered to be replaceable, all of them. Wage is a joke will screw you out of a dollar. Technicians are treated extremely poorly at the northeast location and most of the technicians are only there until they can get a better position somewhere else. Over 25 people have quite in past 9 months. Biggest problems - false promises, will not back you – why issue a deviation if the contractor calls up and companies, abusive.
