Great people. I learned a lot a Terracon but the most important thing was my worth and they did not compensate for that.

Cons

Efficiency is awful and the pay is subpar

Pros

HR and management at the local offices are great. They are really helpful and try to work with employees on scheduling and other issues.

Cons

The corporate HR department in Kansas is awful. We had an issue with adding our newborn to our insurance and they did NOTHING to help and didn't even try to find another avenue for us to get coverage. They were also rude and inconsiderate of our situation. The Health insurance at this company to begin with is awful and expensive for a family. I just wish the benefits department would have been nicer and more helpful to us instead of insulting my intelligence.

Great Department Manger. Ability to work from home. Very kind people create a nice working environment Most jobs are local Decent training for entry level positions

Cons

Too many people in one department want to be in charge Not many incentives to stay long-term Pay and raises are not great
