      Great Benefits and safety culture

      Cons

      Too focused on the short-term, company (upper management) needs to plan for the future. Too much emphasis on the week-to-week bottom line. No real long-term plan for success. Marketing strategy is a train wreck.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule with access to all materials and resources needed to do the job at a high level. Access to professionals across the nation.

      Cons

      Tendency to get pigeon-holed into certain areas of work based on experience, aptitude, and perception of the senior guys/principals. Desire to learn new things is not enough to get the opportunity in a lot of cases.

      Very busy, very fast-paced - not for everyone. Production-focused chargeability goals.
