Supervisor is a Bully

Pros

Easy work and ability to listen to music or podcasts on the job. Good benefits.

Cons

HR is not very helpful, and Supervisor has to establish dominance to be comfortable (bully). ASTM standards are ignored if inconvenient.

Pros

Great benefits, paid holidays, plenty of PTO, some managers are very willing to work with your schedule.

Cons

People are SEVERELY over-worked; their motto is "live to work, not work to live". Not family friendly, and if you value you're family over work you're looked down on. If you work less than 50-60+ hours a week, they look at you like you're lazy.. There's a definite hierarchy and if you're on the bottom, you're reminded of it.

Cons

Management is poorly trained There is no HR Corporate is too bound up to help with any issues ATL branch has been a problem for the company for a while, but they are really not doing anything to change it. policies are stale and not progressive
