negative culture, employees don't matter, profits over quality

They say they are big on their values, but they aren't. They says they pay you what you are worth, they don't. They say they will promote you, but they won't. They say you are family, but you ain't. They say to speak up if you are getting bullied, but they don't believe you. They say there won't be any retaliation, but there is because once you speak up, they bully you into leaving or they come up with the most ridiculous reason to fire you. Then they don't even follow their own policy when terming someone.
