      Pros

      Very knowledgeable and competent. High priority given to employee/client safety and well-being. Prior to Covid-19, Terracon sponsored many outreach activities for employees and the community. New hires were always made to feel very welcome. Very upbeat atmosphere!

      Cons

      I was one of the lay offs due to the economic impact of Covid-19. Had high hopes of staying at the company and evolving my career for many years to come.

      decent benefits, lots of offices to transfer

      Cons

      we were asked to come to work during the day a hurricane was actually passing through our town. people had to use sick and vacation time. this was after we had multiple meetings about how safety is terracon's #1 priority. definitely not true and their way of spying on everyone
