Pros

Staff and management has been excellent to work with, have a very keen focus on strategic growth but rewarding those who seek opportunity to grow.

Cons

Not many that I notice, pay is probably slightly lower than industry competitors, but profit sharing and stock options generally offset lower pay.

Good Starting Company with Low Wages

Pros

Safety culture and apparent care and concern about employees. Vast resources nationwide and a well-developed network and applications.

Cons

Wages on the lower end of the spectrum. Unless you are a principal and have a lot of shares in the firm don't expect to be well reimbursed. Work-life balance is non-existent.
