Good Starting Company with Low Wages

Pros

Safety culture and apparent care and concern about employees. Vast resources nationwide and a well-developed network and applications.

Cons

Wages on the lower end of the spectrum. Unless you are a principal and have a lot of shares in the firm don't expect to be well reimbursed. Work-life balance is non-existent.

Great people, great atmosphere, work practices and culture needs improvement

PM's are hands off approach, open door policy.

Cons

Onus is on the tech to procure specs, plans, equipment, day to day operations thru the client, etc when sent to a job. This approach is great for experienced techs but new techs are put thru minimal training and sent out to the field by themselves. Consistent turnover on skilled techs

Environment, culture, safety, work/life balance, pay, managers, interdepartmental cooperation and several other things that I may have missed

Cons

Advancement opportunities may not come very often since it's such a great place to work. Upper level positions are hard to come by unless the company expands.
