The work hours are flexible. Managers are cooperative and always ready to clarify doubts or solve any issues.

Cons

If you are working in India, then you may find it difficult to take festival leaves as you must save more than half of all the ELs to compensate it in two weeks mandatory year-end shut-down else there will be loss- of -pay

A decent company to gain project experience at

Pros

1) You can gain a lot of decent technical experience in both TIBCO and open source technologies by working on the client projects. 2) It being a small company, opportunities to be on a project here are plentiful and you will never be on the bench. 3) The pay package offered to new joinees is pretty competitive. 4) If you don't stay in a city where Tescra have offices you can still join the company and work from home full time. 5) You can have a direct relationship with your client personnel. There is no on-site coordinator employed by Tescra whom you need to interact with to learn about project tasks and updates.

Cons

1) Communication across the company is lacking. There are next to no monthly meetings. 2) The HR and Payroll departments are slow to communicate as well. 3) There are no company-held training sessions.
